  • Happy New Year VO peeps! Markham Anderson here in Detroit, by way of Houston, Texas!!!!

Came to Michigan last year to associate produce a TV series and decided to stay.....liking the snow and my little boy loves it here! I am a disabled former US Marine Corps officer, and have worked in the industry for almost 20 years, concentrating on voice for that last decade or so. It is definitely my "calling" as they say!

My home studio features an iso-booth, C414, ProTools LE and Audacity. Am seeking representation this year! Full demo on as "Markham Anderson." Hope everyone has a great year! I could use some advice on acquiring representation!!!!! THANKS!!!!

  • Former radio announcer / copywriter and voice over for commercials.  Limited experience, but a lot of native talent.  Erm.. when the radio station 'forgot' to pay me (especially the commission for the sales I made for them), I 'forgot' to show up anymore.
  • Just like Jessie here...I too need a mentor to help me launch my career as a voice over artist.  I am an actor in Michigan and I am also Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.  I am a Cuban native speaker with no accent in either language.  Most people confuse me for Italian, but no...I am Cuban born.  I can create a variety of characters with my voice and I can sing as well, as I was a lead singer for a rock band locally.  I hope I will be able to meet the right people to point me in the right direction.  I believe in the pay forward method...I require help today, but tomorrow...I will be able to help someone else new coming into the field.

Thank you and I hope you all enjoy your holidays and a Happy New Year,

    Pedro Pozo
