I WORK IN THE VOICE OVER INDUSTRY AS A(N)
Voice Actor, Copy Writer, Studio Engineer
HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
Started in AM radio 1967 and did radio/TV. In the 80s, I was full time V/O and on-camera doing thousands of radio, TV commercials and narrations. Re-entering now to help pay for my daughter's University tuition.
NOTE: While I have a handful of character voices that I do, most of my work has been narration for industrial programs and documentaries. The remainder has been commercial-political v/o and station imaging.

Comments
I have it off to the side .. maybe 2 inches away from my chin.
Then you need the right copy (which I stole from another guy's demo .. and clips from HULU.) I blasted out the demo to most of my clients and have received some really nice feedback.
The post processing is important.. I use a preset supplied by T-Racks.. which essentially normalizes everything. .then slams it with a medium to hard compression.. a touch of reverb.. and you have a close-talker.. send me a sample of what you are trying to generate (the raw audio). I might get lucky with it.
