  I heard you on a podcast interview a while back talking about the e-mu interface you use, and your willingness to share the settings for the "thunder" voice. Why did you choose the 1616 and what are those wonderful settings?

  Hey...when you say you have the phone patch hooked up to the Emu as a wave strip...Are you actually taking a phone patch like say "That-1" and plugging it to the back of the Emu's breakout box? or the actual sound card? Thx...

  Hello, Zurek!
  I just came across the poem you posted last year, Dec. 5th, two days before my anniversary. It spoke volumes to me, considering that I spent my last year teaching in a trailer with fifth graders while our school was undergoing a two year renovation. The closest water fountain and bathroom were over a football length away! Yet, somehow, we all managed, and knew the sacrifice would be worth it in the long run. I no longer teach, and I feel as though I've stepped out of my comfort zone to be in the world of VO! This web site seems a safe haven where a great many interesting and caring people share a great deal of themselves. I'm so glad to be a part of it! A belated thank you for your kind welcome!
