I WORK IN THE VOICE OVER INDUSTRY AS A(N)
Voice Actor, Copy Writer, Studio Engineer, Creative Director
HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
My voice over experience began in radio. Now before you click away and say "Nooooo, not another radio announcer!", please hear me out. I have been a Production Director and Creative Services Director for several large market radio stations. I've done national radio commercials for several companies and countless local and regional ads. Because I've been surrounded by "announcer types" who were more interested in their daily radio shows, than doing spots, I forced myself to develop and expand my own vocal range. I attended voice talent and production summits. I studied how to vary my vocal pitch, create new characters, and not sound the same on everything I did. My broadcast experience has allowed me to do voice overs of many styles and characters. I am skilled at writing copy for radio & TV spots, On-hold phone messaging, promos, event announcements, etc. I'm also pretty savvy at complex digital production using Pro-Tools and Adobe Audition as my studio platforms.
