  • HA! Thanks TC. You're a doll! I guess I'm pretty industrious. There is no limit to what I can talk people into. I love to work... in front of, next to and behind the scenes. I really can't complain.

Sadly, we never have worked together. You left before one of the many renaissance periods for Cleveland. I came back from England in '87 . I was married 4 years the last 2 in London. I thought I'd lick my wounds with the folks, take a nap and move back to NY, but work was really cookin' here at that time so I thought "why go anywhere when I can do this much variety of work, afford a home AND steal paper products from my mom?" Times have changed. Every winter I hone my plans to retire in San Diego.

Talk about a sucky memory, I know Bobby, but only half certain that we did a couple spots together about 15 years ago! Stupid hormones! You are so right. What an angel he is. He emailed me throug VU a few days ago. I am SO going to see his show now. He didn't mention it in his email, coy monkey.

Thanks so much for your supportive email. If you are ever back in town, please give me a ring...size 7. White gold. 2 carrats...or a call. I'd love to reaquaint you with the village and it's torch-barers. All my best- Jeannie
  • Thanks for the add Townsend. Loved the promo panel at VOICE.
  • Hi Townsend!
I'm a home girl in Cleveland, so thrilled to see you hear on VU. I suspect we've worked with many of the same VO's in and from Cleveland; Paul King, Jim Kisicki, Ralph Gunderman (I've worked with his brother Joe many times over the past 20 years).

Any how, I'm not so fancy that I won't publicly gush...we are all so proud of you!! (cheek pinching here)

This market has really taken a hit in the past 8 years, in every medium, and I hustle in them all. I'm branching out with my demos, adding more soon (cartoon/character & narration). I'd love your feedback on my commercial demo, if you get the chance. I want to market much more nationally.

    All my best-
    Jean Zarzour

  • Thanks for the add and the comments Townsend.....Paul Pape is such a sensitive and vigilant custodian of Don's legacy.....he guided my hand through much of the editing of the Don tributes and the cards...I have learned a lot about loyalty, friendship and life from Don's family and friends..it was an honor
  • Hi Townsend. I know you're devastated at the passing of Mr. Lafontaine, as am I. But you knew him well. Since you do have a more intimate knowledge would you happen to know of the charities and ministries that he supported so that folks could contribute in a memorial kind of way. Thanks, John
  • Great meeting you at VO2008! Thanks for taking the time to come and play with us. :-) (oh, and Brian B said 'Hi' again.)
  • Yeah, that's right...my Unnncle.

LOVE The TICK!!! Very good. Don is gonna love these.
