I know you’ve been a member of Voiceover Universe for some time, but I wanted to introduce one of our groups to you.
I hope you'll check out and join a group called MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT. It's a group dedicated to discussing ways we can market ourselves - what works; what doesn't. You’ll find some very interesting ideas and concepts there! And we would appreciate your input. Click here for the link: MARKETING FOR FUN AND PROFIT!
Thanks for your time! I trust our paths will cross soon!
Best to ya!

Unfortunately, my PC crashed a few months later, and after much contemplation, I went out and purchased a new i-Mac and I really love it.
I downloaded the Pro Tools 8.0.3 for Snow Leopard and have not been able to get it work. The worst part of this story is that Digidesign (Pro Tools) will not speak to you on the phone if you have owned the product more than 30-days. They accept e-mail only on their very complicated web site. I am getting fed up with pro tools and thinking “why don’t I just use Garage Band which is just sitting there (un-used) on my new i-Mac….and Apple will give me all the phone support I want (with my 3-yr AppleCare agreement). I can even go into the Apple Store and get One-on-One help.
I’m thinking, since 90% of what Pro Tools does has nothing to do with Voice Over, and I find it almost impossible to communicate with them, why don’t I just go with Garage Band? Would love your thoughts on this.
Regards,
Peter

Thanks for the kind words. Actually, I'm just starting in the business but do hope to "have a good thing going" eventually. Best to you in the coming year. Andrew Reilly
