HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE

I have a Master's degree in Music/Vocal Performance - Opera Concentration, so I have extensive vocal training. I have taken voice and acting lessons since I was eight years old, and performed in plays/musicals/operas since that age, and all throughout my education. I work at an advertising agency in the Talent dept., and got my start in voiceovers by helping out in the production of materials for testing, clients, pitches, etc. I made a demo and have been working professionally for the past four years. I wanted to branch out into the national market, so I began taking lessons at Marla Kirban Voiceovers in NYC and recorded a new demo. I have worked for such clients as - Discover Card, Greater Richmond Area Honda Dealers, Virginia Dept. of Health, CornerStone Bank, Virginia Dept. of Transportation (VDOT), Ariel Preferred Outlet Malls, and First Capital Bank. VOICE DESCRIPTION

Warm and rich - can pitch my voice low or high as preferred. Sexy and fun, with a hint of sarcasm for more comedic spots. Smooth, deep sound - soothing voice, can sound very polished and professional when necessary (for presentations, narrations, etc.) I have a great "Mom" sound, but can also be the girl next door.

I have a MacBook Pro with Garage Band and a USB mic (Samson Q1U) and a condenser mic in my home studio, but I am lucky to have a relationship with the owner of a local studio, whom I do work for often. They are a fully functional, professional studio, with state-of-the-art equipment, and sound engineers. They are capable of finishing and editing the voice tracks in any way necessary.
