I WORK IN THE VOICE OVER INDUSTRY AS A(N)
Voice Actor, Copy Writer, Studio Engineer, Creative Director, Voiceover Coach
HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
I have been working as a voice actor and coach for 16+ years in San Diego, CA. My partner, James R. Alburger, and I own VoiceActing.com and The VoiceActing Academy. I am the author of Demo & Marketing Magic for Voice Actors and I am the co-Executive Producer of VOICE, (The VoiceOver International Creative Experience) which is the only convention specifically designed for voice actors. I am also the VERY proud grandma to three beautiful little girls and one little boy - all under the age of 6. They keep me running, but being a grandma ROCKS! See their pictures below in the slide show! I'm just a "little" proud of them!

Thanks for the Birthday card!
Thanks for the birthday well-wishes, Penny! Very thoughtful of you!
Hope today is treating you well.
Thanks for the welcome, the invite and the kind words...I've found, so far, that the VO community in general is supportive and kind. Having to reinvent oneself late in life (ageism is alive and well in corporate circles, I've found!) is challenging, but interestingly enough, when you get it, really get it, it's like the Roto Rooter Man and just finished cleaning out your thinking, and it gives you a new and welcome way of thinking! Thanks again, and I look forward to participating.
Penny thanks very much for the warm welcome. Oddly enough I only heard about this site thru my friend tim. Seemed like a cool Website to be a part of.
Hopefully we can chat at some point about this crazy business.
Thanks for the birthday wish. That is so sweet! Nancy Wilson
