    Hi Penny, thanks for your nice welcome to your group.  I am fairly new to voice over, though I do have a demo and an agent here in Detroit (but unfortunately there's not a lot of voice work locally).  So, wondered if you or others in the group could share what other avenues I can pursue in order to get work.  I have already been contacting local ad agencies, recording studios, media companies to introduce myself.  Do you (and others) feel sites like voice123 are good ways to get vo jobs? Thanks for your input, and I am looking forward to being a productive member of your group. Tracie
