HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
I am no stranger to medical reads. I also have done some theatrical work over the years including: Fagin in Oliver, Tinman in the Wizard of Oz, An Apostle in Jesus Christ Superstar. I also have been a member of a Barbershop chorus " Harmony Heritage Chorus" The Chorus went to international competition twice.
Just beginning my Voiceover career.

Make sure you have a KILLER demo with a lot of variations on it. Soft reads to excited reads to even dark reads. This will give the producer a chance to see where you'll fit into the "project" thats offered. I understand about the gigs. I have resisted pay to play sites so my gigs have come mainly from networking locally..so far. A friend and longtime VO in this biz says this is the business of rejection. And on that note...think of how resilient we are to become! Keep on keepin' on.
