Just thought I would update you on my long brewing tech situation. I've picked up an RE-20 and some acoustic panels, got myself a iMac and Mbox Mini... now for the preamp!
Excellent Animation Demo!! It displays so much range and versatility with your interesting characters. My favorite was Leon and a close second the Noodle Man. Well done and good luck marketing it in the future!
HI Matt,
Congrats on the new equipment!
One thing to remember when selecting a preamp for a dynamic mic like the RE20 is to pick one with a lot of gain. It takes more to drive a dynamic than a condensor. I don't know if you know Lance Blair or not, but I know he could be a tremendous help to you in selecting a suitable preamp to go with your RE20. I'm pretty sure he's a member here.
Good luck!
John

Hi Matt,
I know I'm about a year and a half late in responding (guess I need to change some settings). How's the setup working out for you?
Let me know if I can help in any way!!
John
There is no cost for the mixer and I would love to see you there.
Cheers
Shawn
