  • Hi Lani,
I mean that I am interested in having a look at it...
What do you offer people outside the US?
What possibilities for work are there for people outside the US?
Would I be any good at?
These are all questions that I have before committing cash to anything. I'm sure that you offer a fabulous service but I am naturally wary of anyone who asks me for money - I'm a voice over artist, it's usually the other way around.

  • Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your network Lani...I am truly Honnored....video games is a genre i was thinking about getting into....but just having talent wont just get it...I know I need some training..and look forward from learning from you...once again thanks and hope to learn all I can.....MAN VOICE OVERS ROCK!!!! :)
  • Lani is not only one of the most talented and versatile voice over artists … anywhere… She is also an incredible director and coach. I have had the pleasure of working and learning from Lani. She is amazing! Lani teaches you how to do things with your voice to expand your vocal abilities in ways you never thought possible. Thanks to Lani I have added new accents and characters to my repertoire. She teaches you the mechanics of how to create the new accent or character with your voice. In all my years in VO I have never meet such a gifted talent and teacher. I highly recommend her classes.

  • Hi Lani.

I am posting this again so folks know it came from me. : )

For any who read this I can tell you that Lani is the best! I have worked with her and she really knows her craft and is able to convey it in a manner so you can make direct application to voice acting. Nobody knows the VO game industry more than her. She is indeed a wealth of information! She is usually too busy directing and acting to do teach classes so take advantage of the opportunity and sign up. Just my two cents.

Best regards all, you too Lani! : )

  • Hi Lani. Thanks for your message. I don't think characters are really my thing ... although if you think I'd be suitable for anything you're working on do let me know!! I really appreciate the welcome :-)
    Best wishes

  • Accidentally deleted the lovely quote from Jim Lueck, a super talented actor who I've had the pleasure of working with.

  • Hey Lani,
Glad to have you in the "Network".
With all the layoffs in radio lately I've had to step up to the plate and do the work of a couple of people and it's been keeping me thumping.
The only voice work I've been doing is maintaining my regular clients and busting my chops with Nancy Wolfson and my voice lessons.
I'm embarrassed to say I haven't checked in to VU in a while, so thanks for the little motivation.
    Talk to you soon--Alex
  • Hi Lani!
Sure, I'd love to send in my info. for you to assess! Thanks for the nice note. The word "ass-ess" is a little tricky.. eh? Been in this business in one form or another for nearly 30 years. And, I believe there is always something NEW to learn!
    Thanks for your nice welcome!

  • Hi Lani, I just sent you my assessment info. It was a strange coincidence that you wrote to me last night because I had just come home from having dinner at a local place called - Minella's Diner! Good food.
