  I like to use Breathe Right nasal strips when I'm stuffed up. They keep nostrils open to help you breathe. Good luck, and feel better soon!

  Katie - sorry - I should have added that the H2O solution is 3 Tbs salt (if you can handle that much - may want to start with only 1 1/2) to 1 Tbs baking soda to 1Qt water (tap is fine) and they recommend warming it in the microwave 15 sec and then use an infant congestion bulb (any drugstore).

  I don't know if this will help you, but I have continual sinus problems and many Dr.s will tell you to rinse with a solution with salt (pickling salt - not table salt as there are additives) and H2O and baking soda. It is not a pleasant treatment, but the salt takes care of the congestion and the baking soda soothes and the H2O clears out the nasty stuff and germs. Most drugstores sell what is called a Netty Pot (sp) but that is along the same theory and will help. They also sell different saline sprays that can help reduce congestion. Hope one of these tips is of help to you and good luck (hope you feel beter soon)!
