HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
Minnesota-native. So. Cal teens. 40 yrs in ad agency & broadcast industry. DJ, News Anchor, Sports play-by-play, Emcee. Have voiced thousands of radio/tv commercials and narrated 60+ documentary/educational projects. Taught acting classes in LA, plus Voice & Diction. I just got tired of bringing home rats from the race and so decided to embark on home-based voiceover career.
RECENTLY BOOKED PROJECTS
Just finishing website. Re-recording selected previous projects... one-by-one...cuz the quality of the existing tapes deterioted. Prepping demos in several categories...narration, audiobooks, commercials, phone systems, etc, for audition use.
VOICE DESCRIPTION
Clear & authoritative (former news anchor). Conversational, but with impact. Heavy drama to light comedic; good sense of "timing". Range: adult males ages 40 to 80. Good ear for creating accents & dialects. Note: Pure voice only; no production.
DIALECTS, Character voices and vocal impressions
High English & Cockney, Scottish/Irish, Scandinavian-sound, East coast-US and Southern-US accents, certain Cyrillic-accented/English-speaking sounds. Middle-age to elderly male speech can be added to the above.
