Cool, bro. I don't know if you've already started auditioning for projects but my advice to you is to just be prepared to work your butt off for very little at the beginning. Even when you have experience, no matter how good you are, this is a career where you get rejected on a daily basis. You'll learn quickly how to deal with it otherwise you won't last long. It can get pretty haggard at times. Corny, I know, but you need to believe in yourself enough to be confident that you put out a quality read. I think picking yourself up from rejection and jumping back in the mosh is just as important is having a quality, trained voice.

Keep working hard and looking for opportunities. I would get yourself in as many acting classes/ voiceover workshops as you can. They usually put you outside of your comfort zone which is HUGE growth potential for Commercial VO. All the hard work pays off though. One of my friends just booked a national TV voice spot and recorded in the studio for and hour and made $30k. The money is ridiculous in this industry. All you gotta do is just keep pushing yourself to keep at it and learn as much as possible.

I've been doing just voice since March of 07. But I've taken acting classes since I was 8 so that helps a lot when it comes to voice acting.
How long have you vo'd?
