How are you? Alright, I just talked to Kenny and he's sending Pro Tools LE 8 my way...let the games begin! Thanks for your advice, it's been spot on every time!

My new promo demo from Marice and Peter is up on my site. Your recordings sound pretty good!
Sorry it took me so long to reach out. Busy with visitors over the summer and work and such - anyhow--- I was thinking of adding source connect - but wasn't sure still...every time I think to do it - I ask my peeps at dave and dave and I end up not going for it.
I know I ought to though - specially so I can go to NY and not deal with traveling to studios and paying them to work....thoughts?
Hope you're having fon the Voiceover Universe. David has told me great things about you.

So you know David Washinton? I knew him about 11 or 12 years ago from 106.5 the City. That was my first on-air job right out of college. I did part time overnights for 6 months until I got my first full time gig at KFKF. I WONDER if he remembers me? I went by Karen Browning at that time. Michelle Chase was the Music Director and a guy named Brett Micheals was the PD. If I remember correctly. I should remember Brett, He gave me my first big break!

I would like to meet you Don. I love meeting people in the industry and sharing information. That's kind of how I got to where I am now. When my station flipped about 18 months ago. (106.5 which is now THE WOLF, I used to work with David Lawrence in the morning) One of my first calls was to Roberta Solomon. WHAT A GREAT LADY! She talked to me for over an hour about what steps I should take. Then a few months later I was talking to one of my clients in KC "Fasone and Partners" about what I was attempting to do and they hooked me up with Joey Pepin in Washington State. We have similar backgrounds in radio and are both glad to be out of it.
He is the one who has helped to keep me afloat over the last year. Otherwise my husband would have made me got out and get a REAL JOB.
Who wants that? I'm having to much fun and making money. That's what I've always done and I'm too set in my ways to chance that now.
That's my Voice Talent story as it stands now. As I write this I do have some work to get too. I would love to see your set up sometime. Do you live in Johnson County? It seems everbody does except for me and Doug Medlock. I think we live a few miles from each other. I have a 13 acre spread in Lafayette Co, MO.
I know...Where is that? Just east on I-70 about 15 minutes from Blue Springs. HOME OF American Idol winner DAVID COOK!
Yes I need to take a day and venture into the city to reconnect with all my friends and new ones too.
I will check out the next couple of weeks and see if I can figure out my schedule.
Hope to meet you soon.

Since I don't know you. Tell me about yourself. Are you from KC or live here now? Is there anything that you haven't done that you would like to? Do you like Pabst Blue Ribbon?
Just kidding.
