I WORK IN THE VOICE OVER INDUSTRY AS A(N)
Voice Actor
HERE'S A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND MY VOICE OVER EXPERIENCE
Since I was for so long on the 'other side of the glass' producing singers and voice over talents I was often asked why I did not do the job myself because of my voice. So I did 5 years ago, and haven't looked back since!
On leaving school I somehow got an EMI records recording contract. That gave me my microphone experience.

Thank you so much for allowing me to incorporate your tea preferences as a comment on VOX Daily. It doesn't get much more proper or British than that!
I hope you're well and have a great weekend. The weather here is going to be so hot we'll actually get to wear shorts, lol!
Best wishes,
Stephanie
By any chance, do you have a favourite cup of tea?
Best wishes,
Stephanie
I am a child of the 50's so that's probably why I love this "older" language. My Brit friends tell me that my British character (Penelope) sounds as if she is from in Hartfordshire. (Please forgive my ignorance if I've spelled that incorrectly. ) I have never been to Great Britain so I wouldn't know for sure, but she is a gentle and well-cultured character and I love being her. My real name is Penelope, and the accent comes easily to me so who knows, perhaps I was English in another life.
Maybe someday I'll get this right. Thanks for the clarification on toodle pip. I love this - WHAT FUN! Any others you'd like to share?
It would be wonderful to meet you!
Toodle, Pip!
