When I have to go somewhere, I put what I need right at the door so I can't miss it. If I think of an item I do a reminder or I put it in an obvious place. It is so easy to forget, wishing you all a great day in keeping organized.
Not so silly Cathi. Our brains do a lot while we sleep. In a way you are programming it for the future making a virtual list of what you wan tto do - instead of commiting a list to paper - gosh you are even saving trees!!! but I digress :-)

I have a couple character parts there. Great week everyone!
This may sound silly, but if I go to bed repeating what I have to go over and over... I remember it first thing the next morning and usually follow through. See, I told you it was silly. :-)
Good idea, Penny!
Although I don't use that specific rule, I do try to make things easier to do. Placing stuff out in advance, setting up a schedule - anything to help organize the chaos ;-)
FOOD 4 THOUGHT
Get results with the 20-second rule:
What's the difference between having a goal and actually accomplishing it? Just 20 seconds according to positive-psychology guru, Shawn Achor. Researchers have learned that if we can lop 20 seconds off the start up time required for a task, we're much more inclined to follow through. So, for instance, if you want to work out in the morning, place your shoes and exercise clothes next to your bed the night before. If you want to remember to floss your teeth, put the floss out where you can see it!
Definitely!!
Awesome...but Jennifer..I think he forgot chocolate.
I like that one Paul. One of my favourites is :-
