    Hi Penny, Thanks for all your great food for thoughts. I have been very busy with my old career trying to make money so I can pursue VO. This is my dream.
    Staying connected to this group makes the goal seem doable.
    I had my first coaching lesson in Chicago and it went very well.
    I am so very sure I can do this and will not stop till I get there.
    I have enjoyed all the posts from others as well. Thanks.

    Feeling extremely positive and excited tonight. Jim Conlan emailed to say my new demo is ready to listen to. I'm meeting him tomorrow afternoon at his studio. He describes it as being "strong stuff"....I guess that means it must sound good! I have a list of agents and prospective clients that I plan to target with my new audio work. Feeling good about it.
    My daughter only has a half day at school tomorrow so she'll have to come with me but she's excited to be the first to hear it. I think it will be a nicer experience having someone who really loves and believes in me, to share it with.
    I'm so excited! But, it's almost midnight here in Houston. I need to calm down and get some sleep! Hot milk, hot pink pyjamas, and snuggle into the hot bod who's already snoring. Yup, down to earth again with a bump but I'll be flying again in the morning.
    Night all and I'll let you hear the result when I bring it home.

    Hi Penny,
    If positive thinking is involved, I want in. After 30 years in radio broadcasting and a recent layoff, it is long past time to focus on having more control over my destiny. That's why I'm now focused on VO work. I was doing a little here and there throughout my radio career, but now I'm concentrating on it. Your story is interesting and so inspiring. Thank you!
