I am in the process of setting up my home studio. I have someone to help me with the Audacity program and my new mic is in the mail.
Possible silly question, how do make the mp3 files so I can send them to people for critique. I told you I was a newbie:) Thanks for any help.
Blessings,
Christine

'Don't Just Get Voice Over ... Get Ran Over!'
I'm new to the site, and to VO work! I'm flying through the obvious groups to join up and see what kind of feedback and help I can get! I'm a radio producer, and voice local commercials plenty, but I'm hoping to get into something more creative! Games! Cartoons! Whatever! I write, produce, and voice a segment at the station I work at called 'listener mail', where I answer questions from listeners as 'Frankie the cab driver'.

I only voice the cabbie! Any thoughts? Suggestions? Critiques? I'd love to hear 'em!
I'm a radio DJ for a local fm station here in OKC (weekend overnights), and as the shift is late night weekends my listener responses are well...limited. My real question is this, where would be the best place to post requests for listener drops and such. There not paying gigs at all just quick little I'm listening stuff. Thanks for the help.
