  • Hey Morgan,

Check out Sound Advice listed below to start. They are a great VO and casting studio with a ton of experience. I would also recommend checking with the various VO talent agencies in the area as well, you can get a list of them off the AFTRA website under one of the tabs
  • Hi, everyone
I need to get a job, and preferably one that is relevant to voice-over/animation. Maybe working at a studio, interning at an agency...

  • Hi, all. I just completed a year in DePaul's acting conservatory program, and now I'm making my way into the voice-over world. I think it'd be great to get together with some Chicago-area VO people every once in a while to just shoot the breeze. It'll be fun and a great opportunity to meet some people in the biz and network! Anyone interested?
  • Hello everyone Nice to be in familiar surroundings
  • Wishing everyone a happy Memorial Day weekend!
  • Thanks for the comment David. From the web site and demos posted there, they seem like a class act. I hope to talk to them soon.

    Take care.
  • Jim, welcome to the VU. I have to recommend SoundAdvice as well.I've only been in the biz a short while, they really helped me put my ducks in a row!
  • Thanks Kevin:

I am familiar with them and they seem to be what I am looking for. I guess its good to hear a confirmation, though. Appreciate the response!
